Asia Oden

Asia was born on Long Island, New York, and raised in Birmingham, Alabama. She knew from an early age that she wanted to pursue a career in law. After graduating from Hueytown High School, she went on to the University of West Florida, where she earned her degree in Legal Studies, graduating summa cum laude. She then obtained her Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of law in May of 2024.

During law school, Asia was an active member of Cumberland’s National Negotiation and Mediation Teams, competing in two national ABA negotiation competitions and participating in two school-wide trial competitions. She was named to the Dean’s List, earned a Merit Scholarship, and served as Parliamentarian of the Black Law Students Association, all of which fueled her passion for advocacy.

Before joining the firm, Asia gained valuable experience clerking at several plaintiff firms across a broad range of practice areas, where she discovered her true calling in advocating for injury victims. Today, Asia focuses her practice on workers’ compensation and personal injury litigation, dedicated to securing fair treatment and support for her clients.
